We have been involved in the real estate industry since 1989, initially gaining experience by primarily renovating older Calgary residences then growing and transitioning into custom home building. Since then, we have custom built many homes in the Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane and Balzac area. As native Calgarians, our founders have established numerous long-term relationships with trade professionals, leveraging a reliable network of subcontractors that will deliver a high-quality product with exceptional service.
Castellano utilizes construction best practices such as methods of maximizing moisture control within the building envelope, environmentally minded construction, and operating safe and organized job sites.

We bought our place from Castellano in 2016 in West Hillhurst. The layout, location and fit/finish was what we were looking for which made the purchasing decision an easy one. We were pleasantly surprised with the after sales service with everything being addressed as promised. Fast forward into 2023 and we continue to be amazed at the quality of the house. Almost 8 years later and it remains the best house we have ever purchased.
